It’s a large acreage home in Terrigal on the Central Coast, and with such scale, it’s crucial that every function from lighting and heating to water features and cleaning systems is intuitive and easily accessible. Seamless Control, No Matter Where You Are
What makes this system so powerful is its ability to centralise control. We installed three Astral Connect 10 units across the property, all configured to communicate with one another seamlessly. Whether you're standing inside the cabana, inside the house, or even in another city, you can control the entire system through your phone or tablet.
We’ve also installed a digital wall-mounted pad right here in the cabana. It functions just like a smartphone interface touchscreen, user-friendly, and responsive. With it, the homeowners can switch lights on and off, activate water features, control the heating, and even manage the chlorination system all in seconds.
Designed for the Way You Live
The pool and lap pool stretches 25 meters end-to-end, so thoughtful planning was essential. We hardwired the cabana with its own dedicated control pad to provide instant access without having to walk back to the house or dig for your phone. But even if you're away in Sydney, the Gold Coast, or even overseas you can monitor and adjust everything remotely.
Whether it's turning on the pool lights before sunset, preheating the spa on your drive home, or extending the chlorination cycle while you're away, it’s all possible from the Astral Connect 10 interface.
And for those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy, don’t worry. The layout is clean and intuitive. Most clients pick it up in minutes. In fact, I always tell people: if you can use a smartphone, you can run this entire system.
