Armed with the client’s inspiration, a client meeting is an opportunity to listen to the inspiration and ideas of the client. The meeting allows for feedback and collaboration, enabling us to refine and evolve on the vision. It is crucial to ensure that the client's objectives and preferences are clear so that we can execute their ideal outdoor living space.

An extensive review of the site allows us to get a proper understanding on what is feasible and what is required from an engineering perspective. A well-planned site assessment paves the way to a well-executed project, as we have addressed any soil and site challenges well before the design or even better the build.

Our Process Journey.

DESIGN, COUNCIL REQUIREMENTS AND ENGINEERING ARE THREE INTERCONNECTED ELEMENTS THAT PLAY CRUCIAL ROLES IN THE PROCESS. EXECUTED CORRECTLY FROM THE START IS THE KEY TO OUR SUCCESS.

The Luxury Pool & Outdoor Living design process involves several stages, including research, conceptualisation, development, refinement, and documentation. We use various tools and techniques, such as CAD software and prototyping to bring ideas to life and communicate them effectively. The quality and effectiveness of designing inhouse significantly impacts the success of a project.

Council/government authorities or planning departments are responsible for regulating and approving various aspects of a project. Councils ensure that developments comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, environmental standards, and other legal requirements. It’s important that during after a site meeting that we are aware of the processes that need to take place with regards to applications or a CDC.

Groundworks refer to the initial prep involved so that construction can begin. This phase focuses on the site's preparation, including excavation, site clearance, and groundwork installations. Some key aspects of groundworks include Site Survey. Excavation. Foundations. Drainage Systems. Services Connections.

The actual process of building the structure based on the design and specifications. It involves the assembly and installation of various components, materials, and systems to bring the project to fruition. Key aspects of the construction phase includes Structural Elements. Mechanical and Electrical Systems. Finishes and Quality Control. We do routine inspections as we tick off each stage of the project to ensure a seamless build process and no unnecessary oversights.
